All Ukrainian names for chemical elements are removed from Ukrainian National Standards (DSTU) and changed by international latinized names. It is peculiar event all over the world each language possesses some national names for chemical elements, for example, English 9, German 12, Russian 18. As the result of such DSTU validity in nowadays textbooks for Ukrainian schools only Russian names for chemical elements are present. It is necessary to change such state and restore at least 12 Ukrainian names to preserve Ukrainian national chemical terminology, without which national science, education and industry cant exist.
